Sessions

I offer free 15-minute consultations by phone or secure video conferencing, so that we can determine if we are a good fit. To schedule your free consultation, please email me.

A session with me is an hour long, either in person or by secure video conferencing. 50 minutes of these sessions will be for therapeutic work; the remaining 10 minutes will be for you to give feedback, and to do paperwork and scheduling.

Fees

My fee is $140 per session, and I offer some spaces at a reduced rate. Please inquire to see if any of these spaces are currently available.

I accept payment by etransfer or credit card. Payment is due at the end of each session.

As a psychotherapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, my fees may be covered by your private insurance policy. It is best to check in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice so that I may offer your spot to another client. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee.
